The Musicians Benevolent Fund is a unique UK based charity which provides essential help to musicians of all ages. We support music professionals throughout their working lives when a crisis such as an accident or illness can have a devastating impact, and in later life, with the challenges that face older people. We also recognise that the life of a professional musician has to begin early and we support talented young people to enable them to fully develop their creativity and musical potential through a range of award schemes. We also fund many other organisations and projects within the music industry, including those offering performance opportunities and training for young musicians, and those researching into health concerns for musicians.
